About the dance …
A New England Country Dance is a social dance to live music that requires no training. Teaching will be provided and experienced dancers are very helpful. You can come by yourself or with others. Dancers usually switch partners for each of the dances, so you generally have someone to dance with. Just bring soft, clean shoes to dance in to preserve the floor (no high heels please). Dress is comfortable and as you like.
This New England Country Dance includes Contra dances, waltzes, a couple’s dance and one of the following: a Square dance, an English dances or a Scottish dance. See examples in the Photo Gallery.

From the North:
- Take Route 16 South (Spaulding Turnpike) to exit 8W
- Take first left onto Bellamy Road (at traffic light),
- Take the third left onto Cataract Avenue (see 3 on map above)
- Church will be on your right (see parking lot from the right).
From the West:
- Take Route 155 toward Dover
- Turn right onto Bellamy Road at the traffic light at the intersection with Route 9
- Take left onto Cataract Avenue (see 3 on map above).
- Church will be on your right (see parking lot from the right).
From the South:
- Take Route 16 North (Spaulding Turnpike) to exit 7
- At end of ramp turn left
- Take 2nd right onto Rutland Street (see 1 on the map above), which is just before the Turnpike underpass
- Take left onto Cataract Ave. (see 2 on the map above), following church signs
- Church will be on your left after crossing over the Turnpike (see Church Parking Lot from the Left);
From the East:
- Take Route 4 from South Berwick toward Dover.
- Turn right at first traffic light (Oak Street).
- Turn left at first traffic light (Broadway).
- Turn left at first traffic light (Central Avenue).
- Turn right at second traffic light (Silver Street).
- Take third left onto Rutland Street
- Take third right onto Cataract Avenue (see 2 on map above).

- After crossing over the turnpike, turn left at the near entrance to the church parking lot.
